I like to read and write humor. But, since they (wife/friends/pastors) tell me I'm a teeny bit of a smart ass, it comes out a teeny bit satirical.
So, rather than change who I am, I needed to find the right smart ass editors. And I did.
Andrew and Eileen at Defenestration Magazine recently accepted my satirical poem titled "New Pantheon", even though I removed almost all references to excrement.
Defenestration, a literary magazine dedicated to humor, was created in 2003 by Andrew Kaye, Eileen Lavelle, and Genevieve Valentine. You can find my venomous bit of wit online around December 20. Unless they get drunk and forget to publish it.
